Integration of the Velocity11 Bench Cel, Plate Loc and V Code
The Velocity11 integrated system allows for complete automation of plates to be sealed and bar coded. The BenchCel Microplate handling system is a high-speed plate shuttle with two 50 plate capacity microplate stacks that delivers plates to the Plate Loc and the VCode. The Plate Loc is a thermal plate sealer that applies pealable seals to each microplate and the VCode is a bar code label system that prints and applies the label. The entire ensemble allows for versatility with many types of microplates and a relatively small footprint to help save on bench top space.
Bio-Tek ELx405
The ELx405, made by Bio-Tek Instruments, has a 96 and 192-channel head,
can be used with with 384 and 96-well plates. This plate washer also offers a sonicating wash bath for the pins to help minimize clogging and increase the cleaning capabilities. The Elx405 offers
the flexibility of integration with other robotic equipment, such
