This library was plated in Fall 2008.
Production of this plant extract library was funded by a grant from the Marcus Foundation to the Osher Research Center at Harvard Medical School. The library contains extracts from plants used in traditional Chinese medicine. Crude extracts from the plants were obtained and further fractionated to eliminate nuisance compounds, especially those of high molecular weight or high polarity.
